She learned to drive a car at the age of six, and had her first kart experience two years later at the Kartex indoor circuit in Oxford. In 2005, Alice won the Chase the Champ charity karting event by beating a time set by current DTM and former Formula Renault UK vice-champion Jamie Green. She took part in the charity kart race at the 2008 Autosport International show. Alice is taking her GCSE’s this year, with her favourite subject being Business Studies. She also plays lots of school sports, hockey being her favourite. She enjoys listening to music and going shopping when she gets time. Alice’s aim is to be the first successful female driver in Formula 1. Career History 2008 - Ginetta Junior Championship, finishing 9th overall with four podiums. BRDC Stars of Tomorrow Karting Championship KZ1 Class, finishing 12th overall but missed two of nine rounds due to a clash with Ginetta Junior. 2007 - Super One Renault Formula JICA Karting, finishing 15th overall after missing two rounds. Ginetta Junior Winter Series, finishing 5th overall. 2006 - BRDC Stars of Tomorrow Karting Championship JICA Class, finishing 4th.
