Hi my name is Hossein Reyah and I am working in Neginkhodro company in Iran and we support Renault cars service and repairs in Zanjan, Iran. I have recently received a laptop with Renault Clip Diagnostic software. when I attach a OB D cable to car the software can not identify the vehicle type and we should do it manually. It seems that this case is not normal and I need some aides to see why my software cant identify cars automatically. my software is version 178 and models that we work on are Koleos, Talisman, Duster and Symbol. thank you sincerely

Hi, I want to get some new wheels for my Megane but I'm struggling. Can you recommend any I do like the Megane RS STEEV alloy wheels I'm after these or something simular. I've been told that 8x18 ET47 PCD 114 will fit but my dealer seems unsure due to the callipers.

Hi Jim, The change in suffix can be a ratio change - whether FD or gear depends on the suffix.

Hi, I have a 2016 Megane GTnav, over the last 14 months it has had the red spanner symbol and "check power steering" fault displayed, I have taken it to my dealers who performed a diagnostics check but as the fault is intermittent and goes off at speeds below 20mph the check proved faultless, it has gone in today for the 2 year service, and they are going to check again but tell me that a diagnostics check will cost £90, how do they knock the service due on the dash without the diagnostics connected to the car, why am I expected to pay for something which is covered under warranty and how do I register this fault with Renault because this fault needs sorting as it was reported during warranty period but not cured during the warranty period.?
