I wanted to do this but can’t due to prior commitments. Hopefully there are more of these next year.

Thanks RSUK for a great day and they put on breakfast and lunch:)

Lots more people there to a good turn out, shame Rockingham will close, but did manage to a full lap of the Oval

Full lap of the oval? Did you take a wrong turn?

In fact, not even a turn. Bet that was cool to do.

Thanks to all at Renault for another good trackday (or in my case track morning as I had car issues) hopefully they will continue next year.

As it was closing I thought it rude not to missed my braking point 😆 was the official cause.

A really great day, one that JT himself would have been proud of.
Many thanks to Luke and his team for organising and for the quite impressive lunch.
Precedent has been set so I am looking forward to 3 or 4 fully catered events in the 2019 calendar.

Unfortunately I lost my bearings early on and entered 'Gracelands' far too fast.
Result for me was a trip to the kitty litter, result for everyone else was a red flag - my apologies to all for wasting 15 minutes of your day.

Like many others I also took advantage of the 'full oval escape lane ploy' just to say I had done it.
Hidden benefit was that once past the strategically placed speed control marshal you could accelerate hard on entering the pit straight and reach Turn 1 at 100mph+ - pretty impressive in a Clio.
Theoretical of course as I am sure that no one would have done that.

Yes, a superb day out, well done and thanks to all for organising. I really enjoyed the circuit once I had instruction and learnt my way around. It's a great circuit for hatchbacks, much better than I was expecting. Shame it's closing.Cry
I look forward to what Renaultsport can put on for us in 2019. Once again thankyou.

Great fun and surprisingly quiet on track! Looking forward to going through the footage, any idea where I'll find the pictures from the day?

Great day yesterday was my 1st R.S. track day and only came down as a spectator and to take photos with a mate who was going round. But got a few passenger lap ride as well as got a go in a New R.S. Megane 280 which was a surprise. Love this car the more I see and spend time with them, Drove brilliantly around Rockingham. Such a shame Rockingham is being flattened for yet another housing estate.

Gazeratti, have you uploaded your pictures somewhere? I'm wondering if you got any of me in the grey 250 Cup? :)

Sadly not.
Its closing end of this year an being demolished.
Apparently going to be used as a giant car park.
