Found by accident tbh:)

https://www.renaultsport...m/-new-megane-2020-.html

"...Launched with the New Mégane R.S. is a 1.8-litre turbocharged engine, with an F1®-inspired ceramic ball bearing system and mechanical valve to improve air flow – and produce a more aggressive exhaust note. The engine now delivers 300 ch (220 kW) – the same as the Trophy version – while torque is also boosted to 420 Nm (+20 Nm) with the EDC gearbox and 400 Nm in manual. With R.S. Drive & Launch control and the option of alloy wheels and the 4CONTROL chassis, to improve agility in tight turns and stability in curves, you are in for the drive of your life...."

Does this mean 4control as an option ??? Or just another french to english translation...

mmm different badges on the front & steering wheel plus rear lights look different so could be 2020 model...

there wasnt an rs to configure on the renault website a few weeks back but they are back on now but theres no rs monitor or big screen or bose system to select????

4ws is still there

also noticed the torque output for manual is now same as edc

looks like a step backwards if there is less to select Confused

New fully digital TFT instrument cluster, bigger central screen and new HVAC controls. Also ambient lighting down the sides of the centre console.

Really like the seperate revs and speed, I still haven't bonded with my car regards to the dash, and the tail lights look more upmarket, nice.

My 2019 RS280 doesn't have LED strips on the centre console, only on the doors. And the HVAC controls are different in the photos; the temp readouts are digital contained within the dials.
Do any other owners on here have centre console LEDs? Is it different for EDC or manual?(Mines a manual) or is my car missing them?

Less choice. Reduced sales. Renault cost saving.

Why are you obsessed with rs172? Why don't you just ignore him if you don't like his posts?

A facelift is always a good excuse to hike the price a bit.

It is utterly bizarre. I don't like cricket. I don't go on cricket forums and slag it off.

Some serious issues there sadly, imagine how pissed off and bitter you must be to do that.

just looking for a bite with every post, tragic. Some nice updates forthe new Megane, price rise won't make too much difference, there are deals to be had.

You dudes really need to face reality, the Renaultsport brand is slowly going down the pan. I’m a serial Renaultsport owner, but now there’s no Twingo RS, no Clio RS, and the Mk4 Megane hasn’t moved the game on from the Mk3.

Ford, Honda, Hyundai are all on a roll significantly improving each new iteration. They have a buzz about them. New Toyota Yaris GR anyone?

Renault can do it, the Alpine 110 is a masterpiece of design, engineering and weight saving but the RS Megane is just floundering and slowly disappearing off the radar. Tragic.
