Getting annoyed not being able to clean right through my alloys without taking the wheel off which i dont realy want to do everytime i clean my car. so does any one recoomend a good brush or something i can buy to do the job. Preferably something i can go into halfords any buy instead of ordering as i hate waiting! Cheers

we use a dish brush from tesco, only 79p Big Smile

also checked it for stratching and swirling and it doesn't

alternativly you can get an ez detail brush from www.cleanyourcar.co.uk is quite expensive but it is the dogs bo**ocks

Yep, totally agree with the above. The detachable handle Vikan brush is the business, just make sure you wear very old clothes as the flickback is merciless, you will get coveredBig Smile

I got the soft brisstled vikan brush from i4 detailing. It gets through to the back of the spoked and is ncie and gentle too. The only problem I've got at the moment is it's covered in grease from when my CV gaitor clip was broken and it was spilling grease.

I use these just be careful what you are cleaning with as splatters like a mofo but very effective even for pita 197 alloys (calipers very close to rims)
