At one point service schedules where moved to every 12000 or 24 months but that has now been turned to 12 months under the 4+ package

What does the service interval documentation say that you received with the car?

Did you go back to the dealer and get your service documentation printed out? That's all you need to do, it will be a few sheets of A4 paper with all of the service information.

i wouldnt be letting any car go 2yrs between services even if it meant paying for an oil and filter change and quick check round (i can/would do it myself but everyone isnt qualified to do it)
not only the brakes on the 200 would be an issue...twingo not an issue as such

The manufacturers scheduled servicing is included in 4+. If your car is on a 1 year schedule, that's included. If its 2 years, then just those are included. If you have no documentation with your car and your dealer is unable to advise you, you can contact our Customer Relations team who will be able to tell you the interval for your car
