I see what you mean there, but I think even Renault got themselves confused here. The 220 Trophy has the hardest ride of any standard car I've been in. Whatever they were planning, it not comparable to any of the softer alternatives (and odd since the old Trophy had better dampening than the Cup).

But yeah, dropping the manual and not putting on Brembos did make it less focussed. It's just a little frustrating because the 220 was only a few changes away from being a genuinely great car.

This mon seems be enjoying himself anyhow.

Flys past the Audi near then end!

Bloody hell that was lucky!

There's a piece of armco just after Hatzenbach with a bit of paint from my old ST on it LOL.

Very fortunate to get away with a spin on the ring without touching the armco!

To be fair though, the latest series of The Grand Tour is actually just about watchable.

You've just got to remember Top Gear & The Grand Tour are no longer car shows, they're "entertainment " programmes. The whole point of Rory Reid saying "great car but not lairy looking enough" was to show the cardboard spoiler clip! Since when have RenaultSport cars ever had lairy bodykits & huge wings anyway!!

Top Gear and the Grand Tour are just cringeworthy to watch.Dead

The format is old and tired now, the Fat Yank on TG is probably the most annoying person on TV and Jeremy Clarkson looks like he is just about to drop dead from a Heart Attack.

Neither format are capable of reviewing a used toilet seat, I only watched it this week because of the review on the Megane and it was even more pointless and ridiculous than i was expecting it to be.

The sooner Amazon and BBC pull the plug on this drivel the better.
