No you would have been banned a long time ago for trolling.

I think the case for the prosecution rests there. Not so passive.

Moderator, do you read this board? Ignorance may construe condoning.

To be fair if it wasn't for this diatribe of nonsense between you guys there would be little if any activity on here.

Mods are probably wary in case the site becomes completely inactive or most likely, as with Renault UK, you are asking someone who no longer gives a sh!t.

You're probably speaking to yourself about passive or not. I never claimed to be passive that's for sure. You did, a classic freudian projection.

I very actively question someone only having negative and prejudiced views about a car they don't like on a forum dedicated to that very car. Why do you do it? If you don't like the MK4 Megane RS, don't buy one but stop posting stuff about a subject you don't understand: track use.

Having had my MK4 RS for a week now, I can only imagine how good the R must be to top the driving experience, and its first track outing is still 6 weeks away.

I know you will get outraged by myrequest for you to bugger off, but live with it. This is not the forum for you as you don't like the MK4 RS. Or perhaps you can't help yourself.

Weird doesn't even start describing it.

I believe a public forum is a vehicle for discussion, until any individual is banned from the board.

I believe you have also made an unfounded assumption on my experience, expertise about anything.

I don't believe this is a mark 4 forum, I believe this is an R.S. forum.

I again note your ongoing persecution of a legitimate poster on this board. Unfortunately, the language you select appears typical of so called debate in modern society nowadays. Unclear if this is your natural persuasion or if you're conditioned to that by senior figures in society.

Anyhow, that Megane R is getting some great reviews, regardless of the cost. I’ve put one in my dream car line up for when i win the lottery, along with a 720s, V4 panigale Ducati, a Morgan 3 wheeler and an Alfa Quadrofoglio for a daily, might need a bigger garage.

There's definitely one in my dream garage too. Alongside an R26.R and several V8s.

None - R EVO Rivals
Megane 300 vs some Golf...

Gets a decent review but behind the 275 Trophy? Hope that's the -R version

Nope, that was the standard 275 Trophy and it is about 1 second quicker a lap than the Mk4 300 Trophy.

Renault needs to get a bit more fizz in the Mk4 before I’ll swop.

The times shown for 275 Trophy was set by the 275 Trophy R. The 300 Trophy was on the standard Bridgestone 001.
Megane 275, Civic Type R, Golf Club Spt, and Leon sub 8 were all on Cup 2s.

Worth around 2 seconds per lap?

The FK2 Type R didn’t have Cup 2 tyres.

Correction to my earlier post, It was a Meg 275 Trophy on Ohlins that set the 1.19.6 time. your are correct the Type R was on standard tyres. Seat was on Cup 2s as was Trophy.
