Both have appeared with Ciceley Motorsport to date with Osborne’s best result a fifth place (at Donington Park) and Reade’s an eighth (achieved at Oulton Park).
Osborne (pictured above right) is currently 12th in the UK Clio Cup standings and Reade (pictured left) 14th as they head into the season’s penultimate rounds at Silverstone where they will join WDE.
Their move boosts WDE’s line-up to six cars – equalling that of arch rival Team Pyro. It already fields cars for Lee Pattison, Paul Rivett, Dan Zelos and Nicolas Hamilton.
WDE is currently chasing Pyro in the UK Clio Cup’s Entrants Trophy standings. It had led the table early on until Pyro took over at the top at Oulton Park’s rounds in late May.
Just 33 points separate the two teams with a possible 240 still to be had from Silverstone’s and Brands Hatch’s (30 Sept-1 Oct) final four races of the year.
